




We are seeking a Sales Supervisor with strong experience in the **pharmacy channel**, particularly with **pharmacy chains, associations/cooperatives, and independent customers**. This professional will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring excellence in relationships with pharmacy chains and associations, strengthening the company’s presence in the pharmacy channel, and developing high-impact commercial strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the sales team focused on the Pharmacy Channel, ensuring strategic alignment, motivation, and high performance. * Supervise representatives’ activities when engaging with pharmacy chains, associations, and independent customers, ensuring execution of sell-in and sell-out, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management. * Participate in defining commercial targets together with management, considering specific opportunities within the pharmacy channel and the unique characteristics of chains and associations. * Develop commercial strategies, action plans, and portfolio management routines, with a focus on expansion and strengthening within the pharmacy channel. * Monitor key performance indicators (volume, product activation rate, product mix, execution at chains, association-related initiatives, average transaction value, and conversion rate), identifying gaps and proposing improvements. * Conduct market analyses specific to the pharmacy sector, identifying chain trends, commercial policies, association dynamics, and purchasing behaviors. * Continuously monitor competition within the pharmacy channel, evaluating competitors’ strategies, differentiation opportunities, and risks. * Lead meetings, training sessions, and capacity-building activities with the team, reinforcing negotiation techniques, engagement with decision-makers, and chain management. * Directly manage relationships with strategic customers—including chain and association managers—ensuring structured negotiations and effective agreement execution. * Manage the customer portfolio, identify opportunities, and oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring effectiveness and loyalty within the pharmacy channel. * Prepare and present periodic management reports, delivering relevant insights to support leadership’s strategic decisions. **Desired Profile:** * Proven experience in the **pharmacy channel** (preferably with **pharmacy chains and associations**). * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with **purchasing managers, chain coordinators, and association leaders**. * Analytical mindset, organizational ability, results orientation, and capacity to lead sales teams. * Knowledge of pharmacy retail-specific KPIs and strategies.
