Job Summary: Occupational safety professional to work in a social organization focused on risk prevention, accident prevention, and promotion of occupational health. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and prevent occupational accident risks and factors 2. Implement preventive measures and monitor the PGR (Risk Management Program) 3. Conduct safety training sessions and awareness campaigns We are a nonprofit organization implementing social projects for people in situations of social vulnerability, in partnership with the Municipal Government and the State Government of Ceará. We currently run over 30 ongoing projects, supporting children, adolescents, elderly individuals, and people experiencing homelessness. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and prevent risks through inspections of company premises, facilities, and equipment; * Identify and prevent occupational accident risk factors, occupational diseases, and the presence of harmful environmental agents; * Implement accident prevention measures and monitor the PGR – Risk Management Program; * Record, investigate, and analyze occupational accidents; * Issue reports and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence; * Prepare risk maps and technical reports; * Maintain up-to-date legal records regarding health and safety (spreadsheets, forms, reports, etc.); * Conduct safety training sessions and awareness campaigns; * Provide, manage, and instruct workers on the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Provide, manage, and instruct on the use of standardized uniforms and identification badges according to required specifications; * Facilitate the integration of new employees with a focus on safety; * Support and guide the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention); * Participate in safety meetings and periodic inspections; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Stay updated on changes in occupational health and safety legislation; * Collaborate multidisciplinarily with other departments related to occupational health and safety, analyzing intervention needs; * Monitor cases with high incidence of medical certificates, absences, and work-related illnesses. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (R$ 21.00); * Health insurance (Hapvida); * Birthday day off; * Wellhub/Gympass; * Star Bem (free telemedicine); * Avus (discounts on medical exams and pharmacies); * SESC membership; * Special education discounts. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Henrique Jorge **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1,980.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work Monday through Friday during business hours? * Do you hold the Occupational Safety Technician qualification and an active registration?
