Assist in developing risk management and internal controls **Position available for the Compliance department** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in updating codes of conduct and ethics, as well as regulations related to integrity, risk management, and internal controls. * Perform adherence tests of internal controls; provide follow-up, support, and monitoring for internal/external audits. * Assist in implementing and developing training programs to disseminate and strengthen the culture of risk management, integrity, and internal controls. * Address regulatory compliance and internal/external audit requests, supporting departments in structuring corrective actions and control enhancements, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating their effectiveness in mitigating risks. * Assist in carrying out activities within the risk management and internal controls process, such as: conducting risk and internal controls assessment cycles; evaluating and testing the effectiveness of internal controls; monitoring the treatment plan; identifying, analyzing, and recording risk and loss events in the Risk Matrix. **Requirements** * Knowledge of Corporate Governance * Knowledge of Risks, Internal Controls, and Compliance. **Benefits** * Meals provided at the company. * Transportation allowance with no deduction from employee’s salary. * Career development plan. * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Partnerships with universities. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:48**.
