Customer Service * Ensure courteous, prompt, and efficient service. * Resolve complaints or issues professionally. * Monitor customer satisfaction and propose improvements. * Assist during peak hours. 2\.3\. Team Management * Lead and motivate the team during shifts. * Prepare work schedules, days off, and vacation plans. * Guide and train new employees. * Deliver positive and corrective feedback. 2\.4\.
