




The professional is responsible for ensuring internal store security and enforcing and disseminating the company’s policies and regulations. Prior to store opening, verify staff absenteeism, organize the work team by assigning employees to their respective workstations, and conduct daily meetings to communicate departmental and corporate information and guidelines. • Prepare work schedules, allocate staff according to operational priorities, and inform them of their assigned shifts. • Monitor team timekeeping records, noting absences, tardiness, and requests for justified leave. • Monitor individual employee performance and measure productivity, instruct on company procedures, and provide guidance for performance improvement. Apply disciplinary actions when necessary. • Develop initiatives focused on risk situations (e.g., deviations and losses), creating procedures to minimize such risks. • Review the previous day’s incident log, verify whether any incidents occurred, and implement required follow-up actions. • Inspect and monitor whether employees are wearing uniforms. • Perform inventory transfers of purchased goods and cross-check with fiscal receipts to deter merchandise theft by customers. • Monitor movement of personnel—both customers and employees—to prevent petty theft, unauthorized product opening, and in-store consumption. • Conduct unannounced cash register audits: select registers for verification and supervise the counting process, ensuring compliance with company rules and accuracy. • Perform shopping cart counts to prevent cart theft. • Measure temperatures of perishable goods refrigeration units to ensure correct storage conditions and prevent spoilage. • Seal store doors daily upon closing and inspect seals upon opening to confirm they have not been tampered with. Record all incidents in the incident log, detailing all relevant information; complete monthly reports and submit them to store management. • Manage the work team—including selection, orientation, training, performance monitoring, evaluation, dissemination and enforcement of company procedures, work processes, and implemented management systems—as well as handling other matters related to personnel management. • Carry out other duties related to this position and its associated work processes. • High school diploma or higher education qualification • Minimum 2 years of experience in this role • Basic computer skills as a user • Knowledge of administrative, operational, and commercial store routines • People management and leadership • Results-oriented • Teamwork • Planning and organization Employment type: Full-time / CLT Salary: R$3,505.95 per month
