Serve customers courteously and politely **Position: Manual Packager – Cashier (Bakery)** **Role Mission:** Package products at the point of customer service, ensuring speed, organization, hygiene, and attractive presentation, thereby contributing to a positive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Package bakery items (bread, cakes, pastries, and others) at the cashier station; * Arrange items appropriately within packaging to prevent product damage; * Separate hot, cold, and fragile items when necessary; * Assist with customer service flow to ensure cashier efficiency; * Support the cashier operator as needed; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Follow hygiene standards and good food-handling practices; * Serve customers courteously and politely; * Assist in restocking packaging supplies (bags, boxes, paper, etc.). **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior customer service or bakery/supermarket experience preferred; * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Speed and organization; * Attention to detail; * Friendliness and strong customer service skills; * Teamwork; * Proactivity.
