**Job Description** We are seeking a **Bakery Manager** to work in a **strategic and operational** capacity, ensuring excellence in customer service, production efficiency, cost control, and team leadership. This professional will be responsible for **managing people, processes, and results**, guaranteeing the bakery’s quality standards, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the bakery’s full operation (customer service, production, cash handling, and support); * Lead, develop, and monitor the team (cashiers, production staff, and supervisors); * Ensure service standards, staff conduct, and customer experience; * Monitor performance indicators: revenue, average transaction value, COGS, waste, and stockouts; * Plan work schedules and ensure operational coverage; * Monitor and correct process and operational routine failures; * Ensure adequate product stock levels and prevent shortages; * Monitor production, product quality, and presentation; * Directly address operational and customer service issues; * Implement and monitor checklists, SOPs, and internal standards; * Support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and sales strategies; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Bakery, Supermarket, or Grocery Store Manager or Supervisor**; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of cost control, COGS, and performance metrics; * Proactive, organized profile with strong leadership qualities; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people; * Flexible availability. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Leadership by example * Results- and excellence-oriented * Organized and disciplined * Decision-making ability * Professional demeanor and owner’s mindset Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.500,00 – R$6.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
