Ensure team motivation and qualification **Description:** Completed undergraduate degree in administration or related fields; Experience in management; Flexibility in working hours; Practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Supervise and control the entire physical and accounting receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. Ensure tracking and control of goods to support their availability according to sales executed and within agreed deadlines. Ensure all internal staff and third parties are trained and qualified to perform activities related to handling and storage, adhering to universal handling rules. Ensure recording of material, product, and equipment entries and exits, complying with legal requirements, internal controls, and ensuring alignment between physical and accounting records. Identify needs and jointly develop improvement projects with the immediate supervisor to implement best practices in operations, based on area-specific needs and assessments. Ensure team motivation and appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training and professional development needs for the team. Participate in developing the training program with the Training Department. Monitor performance projections through controls, KPIs, and general reports, using daily movement measurement and monitoring to improve performance. Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, environmental preservation standards, and health, hygiene, and occupational safety procedures applicable to the department, as well as use of PPE/collective protective equipment (PPE/CPE) when required by the activity.
