This professional will be responsible for the full store management, including team leadership, monitoring of goals and indicators, organization of operational routines, inventory control, ensuring process standardization, and promoting a positive customer experience, thereby guaranteeing business performance and profitability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage store operations, ensuring achievement of performance goals and indicators (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, etc.). * Lead, develop, and engage the team, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive organizational climate. * Ensure excellence in customer service aligned with company standards. * Plan and organize store operational routines (opening, closing, staff scheduling, cash handling, and inventory). * Control inventory, monitor merchandise receipt, and prevent losses. * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and commercial policies. * Prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making. * Collaborate closely with support departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, and Logistics). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields). * Prior experience in store management and team leadership. * Experience managing sales targets, performance indicators, and results-oriented management. * Knowledge of operational routines, inventory control, and cash handling. * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Strategic, organized, and results-driven profile. * Flexibility in working hours, as required by operational needs. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Nutritional and psychological support at Clube Saúde; * TotalPass; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * SESC Benefit; * Discounts at universities.
