Being part of a team committed to excellence Location: Superakids South Headquarters About the Position We seek a warm, organized, proactive, and excellence-oriented professional to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact between patients and families and the clinic, responsible for delivering a humane, efficient, and welcoming experience. Main Responsibilities * Greet patients and their families with courtesy and empathy; * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and therapy sessions; * Register and update patient information; * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other clinic communication channels; * Organize the reception area and maintain a welcoming environment; * Verify documentation and service authorization forms; * Support administrative and authorization departments whenever needed; * Maintain schedule organization and ensure smooth patient flow. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in computer use and management systems; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; * Teamwork capability; * Willingness to learn and follow internal procedures. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in reception roles at clinics, hospitals, or medical offices; * Knowledge of billing and health insurance authorization processes; * Experience with health operator systems (e.g., Unimed, Amil, Bradesco Saúde, Hapvida, SulAmérica, among others); * Familiarity with clinic management systems.
