




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring various areas of the store to prevent losses and ensure security, including supervision of customers and staff. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of environments and suspicious situations Monitor various areas of the store with the objective of preventing losses and ensuring store security. * Assist the Store Manager in opening and closing the store according to your shift; * Pay attention to all store activity and relay information to the Monitoring Room staff or Coordinator; * Monitor customers who may sample displayed products for sale. (If approaching a customer exhibiting such behavior, do so politely and calmly, informing them that payment is required for consumed merchandise); * Approach a customer suspected of stealing an item (only if there is absolute certainty of the incident), escorting them together with the manager to a private area for appropriate resolution—payment, return of merchandise, or referral to the police; Do not approach customers in such situations if any doubt exists. Act with extreme caution and professionalism; * Work proactively to prevent disruptions involving internal and external customers; * In cases of theft by staff or promoters (also requiring absolute certainty of the incident), seize the merchandise and inform the Store Manager and Coordinator. * Monitor receipt cancellations; * Monitor product exchanges; * Monitor merchandise returns; * Monitor cashiers during registration of large quantities of merchandise; * Monitor inter-store product transfers; * Prepare loss reports for merchandise; * Monitor FLV shrinkage; * Monitor cashier cash withdrawals; * Monitor staff exits to verify whether they are removing store merchandise; * Verify missing merchandise in the store by cross-checking inventory lists against physical stock; * Conduct store patrols; * Verify merchandise exchanges and large volumes exiting cashiers, as well as cashier procedures; * Verify and sign receipt cancellations; * Perform end-of-day checklist verification (doors, windows, lights, presence of suspicious individuals nearby, etc.); * Conduct rotating inventory checks for high-risk products defined by Operations Management; * Monitor store shrinkage (refrigerated and bakery sections) and suppliers; * Inspect shopping carts, baskets, FLV cashier area, scooters, tainer cars, pallets, and trash; * Verify PDV cash withdrawals, cashier change funds, front-of-store areas, and treasury; * Conduct interventions/orientations upon identifying inappropriate conduct by employees and/or customers; * Ensure security during armored vehicle deliveries; * Never leave the store unless the other auditor (or substitute) has arrived. (Notify your absence to the Supervisor, Coordinator, and Store Management); * Monitor store cleaning. **Monitoring Duties** * Activate the monitoring system and distribute radios to auditors; * Verify that all monitors are functioning properly; * Verify that all cameras are functioning properly; * Verify that all radios are functioning properly; * Monitor various areas via surveillance cameras; * Alert other auditors in case of suspicious activity; * Record incidents. **Parking Lot Duties** * Patrol the parking lot and report open vehicles, etc.; * Operate gate access in case of issues; * Guide drivers regarding designated parking spaces for seniors and persons with disabilities. **Warehouse Duties** * Cross-check delivery notes with logbooks and trucks, making proper entries upon entry and exit; * Complete spreadsheets for inbound control; * Complete spreadsheets for stock-out control; * Receive and control items left by promoters; * Patrol warehouse premises to inspect incoming goods, environment, and staff; * Supervise store trash. (The trash warehouse key is controlled by the auditor).
