Oversees team supervision, process standardization, achievement of performance indicators, service quality assurance, and customer and internal department relationships, ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and attainment of institutional goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise operational, technical, and administrative activities of laboratory units under management; * Ensure proper functioning of collection, triage, reception, customer service, and technical support areas; * Guarantee process standardization in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards (RDC 786/2023 – formerly RDC 302, ISO 15189, PALC, DICQ); * Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting training, performance evaluation, technical development, and a positive organizational climate; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, TAT, customer satisfaction, non-conformities, rework, absenteeism, etc.); * Address conflicts, complaints, and operational incidents within units; * Support the Quality Department and participate in internal and external audit processes; * Control operational costs, consumables usage, and maintenance of physical and technological resources of units; * Promote continuous improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Participate in the laboratory’s strategic planning and propose expansion or optimization initiatives for units; * Conduct management meetings, periodic performance reporting, and performance presentations to senior management.
