Job Summary: Supervise the hotel's daily operational activities, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient team coordination, as well as managing financial and operational controls. Focus on guest satisfaction and service quality **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Preferred: courses in hospitality and administration; * People management and team leadership. * Financial and operational controls. * Hotel management systems (PMS). * Languages: intermediate/advanced English or Spanish preferred. * Customer service. * Must reside in Fortaleza or the Metropolitan Region. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the hotel's daily operational activities. * Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and suggestions. * Coordinate and lead the team (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, etc.), fostering an efficient and harmonious work environment. * Perform financial control: revenue, costs, budgets, and expense monitoring. * Manage reservations, rates, and availability across online platforms and internal systems. * Monitor and maintain hotel facilities and equipment. * Train and evaluate employee performance. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and applicable regulations. * Represent the hotel at local marketing events and initiatives. * Oversee breakfast and food service operations. * Issue incoming goods invoices. * Process payments when required. **What We Offer:** * Salary; * Meal allowance; * Totalpass; * Birthday basket with products; * Cost-of-living allowance; **Working Hours:** * On-site work, with availability for weekends and holidays. * Weekly working hours: 44 hours (may vary according to demand).
