Your mission is to act as a compensation and benefits specialist, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity by defining, maintaining, and enhancing policies, salary structures, benefit plans, and recognition programs—supporting the organization’s people management strategy. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment; * Diagnose failures in electric motors, control panels, command systems, sensors, frequency inverters, and mechanical systems; * Carry out preventive maintenance according to established plans; * Conduct corrective maintenance to minimize downtime; * Read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings; * Perform adjustments, lubrication, alignment, and component replacement; * Comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations; * Record performed activities in work orders or the maintenance management system; * Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and processes; * Collaborate with production, PCM, and other departments. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical degree in **Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or related fields;** * Prior experience in industrial maintenance; * Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems; * Valid NR\-10 and NR\-35 certifications; * Experience with preventive maintenance and KPIs (MTBF, MTTR); * Knowledge of **PLCs, frequency inverters, and basic automation will be considered an advantage;** * Experience in food/feed/continuous-process industries will be considered an advantage; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
