Opportunity in the dynamic healthcare environment The Hospital Financial Assistant is responsible for supporting the healthcare institution’s financial routines, ensuring control, organization, and compliance with legal and contractual requirements—particularly those related to health insurance agreements and hospital billing. Key Responsibilities: * Recording and managing accounts payable (suppliers, service providers, medical supplies, outsourced services) * Monitoring due dates and organizing payments * Recording and tracking accounts receivable * Posting payments and receipts in the system * Supporting medical and hospital billing processes * Verifying billing forms (SADT, admissions, consultations, etc.) * Organizing documents for submission to health insurance providers * Tracking claim denials and assisting with verification for appeals * Managing deadlines for submission to and receipt from health insurance providers Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in financial routines, preferably in the healthcare sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
