




Job Summary: Assist in administrative processes and matters related to the local Sanitary Surveillance authority, with responsibility for document management and compliance monitoring. Procedure review and training implementation *ATTENTION* Working hours: To be agreed upon (four hours per day, Monday through Friday). Brief Description: Assist in administrative processes and matters related to the local Sanitary Surveillance authority. Detailed Description: * Responsible for granting and renewing the branch’s sanitary documents; * Follow up on technical inspections conducted by customers and Sanitary Surveillance inspectors; * Conduct self-inspections and monitor resolution of non-conformities; responsible for daily monitoring of ambient and refrigerator temperature and humidity; * Monitor temperature and humidity records of support branches; * Monitor transportation conditions and ensure temperature control of vehicles; * Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals in accordance with sanitary legislation; * Responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance training, such as procedures for temperature-sensitive products, temperature control, and good transportation practices; * Evaluate the branch’s physical conditions and technical requirements; responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (RDC 430/2020); * Assist in administrative processes, such as product returns and cancellation of branch receipts; * Support administrative logistics processes.
