Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively support the area’s operational and analytical routines, assisting analysts with daily tasks and ensuring smooth internal processes; * Execute and monitor workflows related to the team’s KPIs, consolidate information, and distribute reports across workgroups, ensuring alignment and visibility of indicators for the entire team; * Develop and update monthly performance indicators, structuring and sending information to suppliers to promote transparency and performance tracking; * Identify improvement opportunities within existing processes, proposing ideas and solutions that enhance efficiency, organization, and quality of deliverables; * Generate and monitor reports on pending invoices awaiting updates or entry into distribution centers (DCs), sharing information with responsible parties and supporting follow-up until resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx **is a plus**. **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Educational partnerships offering exclusive discounts for employees and dependents; * Ouro discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Wellhub (a wellness platform offering physical activities, mindfulness, and more); * Sempre Bem Ouro + (a platform providing free access to psychologists, nutritionists, and general practitioners via telemedicine); * Workplace gymnastics, subject to location.
