Mova Recruitment and Human Development is selecting a Nursing Technician for a client company, to be based in Fortaleza. We are expanding our team and looking for a Nursing Technician who loves interacting with people, is communicative and organized, and wishes to grow with us! Responsibilities: Provide skilled and precise support in aesthetic treatments upon request, including injectable administration; Accompany and assist in surgical procedures at hospitals where surgeries are performed; Assist in medication preparation, Botox, and other related tasks; Perform nursing technical procedures according to clinic-established protocols, ensuring client safety and comfort; Be responsible for instrument sterilization, cleaning, and proper storage; Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures performed and clients' health histories, ensuring information confidentiality; Develop and maintain positive client relationships, delivering courteous, empathetic, and personalized service; Adhere to technical safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation standards; Collaborate collectively with other departments. Requirements: Active professional registration with COREN; Relevant work experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Ongoing professional training and updating to ensure safe and high-quality patient care; Excellent organizational skills; Strong communication skills and flexibility to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Preferred Qualifications: Training in Surgical Instrumentation; Completion of emotional intelligence or personal development courses; Experience in customer service; Experience in specialized areas (aesthetic clinics, nutrology, physiotherapy, weight-loss clinics, etc.); Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Education: *Nursing, Technical Course Transportation Allowance
