Fasice is a company specialized in information technology solutions. We provide consulting and software development services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes, as well as support development initiatives. Manage and sustain HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and scheduling. Monitor HR metrics and action strategies in partnership with managers. Support performance evaluation cycles, feedback sessions, and Individual Development Plans. Collaborate with managers and operations to ensure alignment of organizational culture and behaviors, including Personal Development and Occupational Health and Safety. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
