




**Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning, delivering, and monitoring internal training programs, contributing to employee development and compliance with legal and operational requirements; * Support activities related to the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), including document organization, recordkeeping, and assistance with processes outlined in NR-5; * Assist in drafting, updating, and managing technical and administrative documents related to Occupational Safety; * Provide support during occasional external visits to serve clients, attend meetings, participate in audits, and monitor corrective actions, as directed by the technical team. **Requirements:** * Completed or nearing completion of a Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in internal training or supporting educational initiatives in the field of Occupational Safety; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in companies specializing in Occupational Medicine and Safety; * Familiarity with the SOC system. **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT Contract **Compensation:** R$ 2.003,00 per month **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance **Selection Questions:** * Do you hold a Technical Certificate in Occupational Safety (completed or in progress)? * Do you have experience conducting training in the field of Occupational Safety?
