Responsibilities and Duties * Structure project planning and monitor corporate project execution from conception through final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets; * Support corporate departments/divisions in defining project scopes, ensuring requirements are clear and aligned with departmental and organizational strategic objectives; * Monitor project performance using metrics and indicators to track progress and identify potential deviations; * Conduct follow-up meetings with involved departments and foster alignment among all stakeholders; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and promote best practices in project management and constructive feedback; * Responsible for drafting project charter documents, managing deliverables related to technical projects, and preparing project closure documents; * Lead and monitor simultaneous projects across diverse departments, adhering to standards and procedures established by the department.
