




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and training teams, ensuring cost control and quality of construction projects, and managing cash flow. Key Highlights: 1. Manage project costs and cash flow Develop and train teams; Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements of construction projects; Develop teams’ capabilities in planning, organization, and problem-solving; Monitor technical-economic feasibility, conducting analyses, diagnostics, and forecasts related to project and service costs; Control budgets and plan allocation of direct and indirect costs; Manage project costs and cash flow; Conduct on-site planning meetings; Validate budgets and cost planning for the project across all construction phases; Analyze performance and results of ongoing projects (including on-site visits / construction sites); Monitor variances, covering physical progress, production financing, incurred costs, and costs to be incurred; Consolidate monthly results. **Requirements:** Postgraduate degree / MBA; Experience in the Civil Construction sector.
