Collection of pricing and data from suppliers **R$ 2\.900,00** Fortaleza – CE \| Architecture Department \| 44 hours/week Jota Barros Projetos e Assessoria Técnica is seeking a professional to join the team and directly provide technical support to the budgeting and construction planning department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the budget analyst in preparing studies and proposals; * Develop and update budget spreadsheets based on SINAPI, SEINFRA, SEOBRA, etc.; * Conduct quantity takeoffs for services and materials; * Assist in developing physical-financial schedules; * Prepare technical specifications and cost compositions; * Collect pricing and data from suppliers; * Ensure standardization, accuracy, and up-to-dateness of information **Minimum Requirements:** * Experience in public works budgeting or technical support in engineering; * Knowledge of official pricing tables (SINAPI, SEINFRA, SEOBRA, etc.); * Experience in quantity takeoffs and cost composition; * Familiarity with scheduling and technical specifications; * Preferred: knowledge of the SEOBRA platform. **Required Qualification:** * Completed Building Technician program **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Adherence to deadlines and accountability; * Proactivity and effective communication with technical and procurement departments.
