Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Redesign, expand, and manage content portfolios for brands, enhancing value propositions; * Identify problems and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with B2B clients and the Advertising Products team; * Produce and ensure high-quality content delivery for brands, aiming to satisfy clients; * Measure and optimize operational content metrics for brands; * Develop and manage partnerships for new content and business initiatives to expand and improve the profitability of the digital portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields; * Over 10 years of experience in brand content creation and strategy; * Experience in the advertising market and in creating content to achieve client objectives; * Knowledge of local and national advertising markets; * Experience in digital strategy and digital portfolio management; * Experience negotiating partnerships with companies and influencers. **Additional Information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is November 27, 2025.** RBS is made up of people.
