**Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in purchasing, preferably in the graphic, publishing, packaging, or visual communication sectors. * **Preferred Knowledge:** * Types and grammages of papers, substrates, and printing materials; * Printing processes (offset, digital, screen printing, flexography); * Basic knowledge of production planning and inventory control (PCP) and stock management; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * ERP systems (preferably graphic-specific systems such as Metrics, PrintOne, etc.). **Job Responsibilities:** \* * Conduct **quotations and negotiations** with suppliers of printing materials (papers, inks, plates, varnishes, adhesives, packaging, substrates, etc.); * Carry out **procurement of direct and indirect materials** (production, maintenance, office, logistics); * Perform **inventory management** in coordination with the warehouse and production departments, preventing stockouts or overstocking; * Analyze **historical consumption** and plan **material replenishment** based on production demand; * Issue **purchase orders** and monitor **deliveries and deadlines** with suppliers; * Maintain the **supplier database**, evaluating performance, quality, and timeliness; * Request **samples and technical specifications** of new materials for testing and approval; * Support the **production and design teams** in testing new substrates and finishes; * Monitor **purchasing KPIs** (average delivery time, cost savings, inventory turnover, return rate); * Identify **new material or supplier alternatives** that reduce costs or improve quality; * Participate in the **negotiation of contracts for outsourced services** (finishing, cutting, creasing, assembly, transportation, etc.); * Ensure compliance with internal **purchasing policies** and maintain process traceability.
