Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising pharmaceutical operations, and coordinating teams to guarantee quality in the storage and transportation of products. Coordination of Good Storage and Distribution Practices Know, interpret, and comply with sanitary legislation and other applicable legislation, including procurement-related laws, and remain updated on these matters; * Know and comply with the Manual of Good Storage, Distribution, and Transportation Practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal Codes of Ethics and Conduct of RV Ímola; * Guide pharmaceutical teams in complying with sanitary legislation and related legislation, advising on necessary adjustments to meet regulatory requirements; * Maintain contact with competent authorities and inspectors, such as CRF-SP (Regional Council of Pharmacy of São Paulo), ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency), Sanitary Surveillance, among others, jointly with the Regulatory Affairs, SSMS, and other company departments; * Monitor sanitary inspections, public agency audits, and internal audits; * Support the development of the Manual of Good Storage, Distribution, and Transportation Practices for Pharmaceutical Products, in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Health and current sanitary legislation; * Develop written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) detailing all procedures related to responsibilities and processes, implement and monitor activities defined in these procedures; * Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are documented, approved, and currently effective for all operational activities; * Support pharmacists in developing Standard Operating Procedures, as well as their daily implementation; * Train and qualify pharmacists based on procedures established in the Manual of Good Storage, Distribution, and Transportation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining records of conducted trainings; * Support the pharmaceutical team in delivering employee trainings, both on operational procedures and other quality-related topics; * Coordinate pharmaceutical team activities to ensure all storage and transportation conditions for products comply with technical specifications of the products, manufacturer instructions, current legislation, and scientific literature; * Monitor and support the pharmaceutical team in recording, handling, and investigating incidents and non-conformities; * Supervise the development and implementation of annual pest control plans, instrument calibration, environmental and vehicle qualification, among others as required; * Support the pharmaceutical team in verifying facilities, equipment, and vehicles for compliance with cleaning plans, preventive maintenance, and other necessary plans.
