




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving and welcoming guests, managing requests, monitoring satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience in the hospitality sector. Receive and welcome guests, ensuring friendly and personalized service. * Serve as the primary point of contact for special requests and issue resolution during the stay. * Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement. * Accompany VIP guests and provide exclusive experiences. * Assist in organizing events, excursions, and customized services. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an integrated guest experience. * Develop strategies for customer loyalty and optimization of the guest experience. * Manage complaints and ensure efficient solutions to issues. * Provide support in communicating information about hotel services and local attractions. * Contribute innovative ideas to enhance service and guest experiences. * Support preparation of reports on satisfaction levels and improvement suggestions. * Assist with other hospitality-related activities as needed.
