Job Summary: A Graphic Designer professional to design visual projects, develop graphic materials, and update the company's portfolio, working alongside the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Update the company's visual portfolio with new pieces **Requirements:** \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Communication, or related fields; \- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and AutoCAD; \- Experience with 3D design projects (desirable); \- Skills in creating layouts for visual communication projects (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Design visual projects and layouts for building facades, signage, and other visual communication materials; * Develop graphic materials for promotional campaigns, events, and other commercial marketing initiatives; * Update the company's visual portfolio by creating new pieces and reviewing past projects for alignment and improvement; * Collaborate closely with the sales team, attending meetings and alignment sessions to understand client demands and needs, and develop appropriate visual solutions; * Monitor project progress from conception through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and final deliverables meet ORPLAC's quality standards; * Participate in workshops and training sessions on emerging technologies and graphic design trends, applying new knowledge and techniques to developed projects; * Prepare internal materials upon request from managers. **Company located in Montese neighborhood** ***We do not operate on Saturdays.*** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
