Responsible for providing direct assistance to bereaved families, supporting them in selecting and contracting funeral services, and selling complementary products and services.
1\. Experience and promote the organizational culture of Jardim do Éden;
**2\. Family Assistance:**
a. Receive and welcome families, listening to their needs and providing emotional and practical support during the funeral service contracting process.
b. Clearly and thoroughly present the funeral home's services, such as types of caskets, wake arrangements, ceremonies, floral wreaths, and others.
c. Assist families in making difficult decisions related to the funeral process, offering ethical and respectful guidance.
**3\. Funeral Service Contracting:**
a. Manage the funeral service contracting process, ensuring all details are properly agreed upon and documented.
b. Draft and review funeral service contracts, clearly explaining terms and conditions to families.
c. Coordinate wake, burial, or cremation preparations according to family preferences, ensuring everything is executed as planned.
**4\. Sales of Products and Services:**
a. Sell products related to funeral services, such as caskets, flowers, mementos, and other ceremonial items.
b. Present families with funeral service packages and funeral assistance plans, clarifying questions and helping\-them select the option best suited to their needs.
c. Maintain up\-to\-date records of sales, contracts, and agreements made with families.
**5\. Logistical and Operational Support:**
a. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure funeral services are executed according to schedule, including venue preparation and transportation of the deceased.
b. Verify and ensure all legal documents—such as death certificates and cremation or burial authorizations—are in order.
c. Maintain consistent contact with suppliers and service providers, ensuring all items—including flowers and ornaments—are ready and delivered at the scheduled time.
**6\. Recordkeeping and Documentation:**
a. Ensure all records of assistance, sales, and contracts are properly completed and archived per internal procedures.
b. Assist in issuing certificates, official documents, and other paperwork related to funeral services.
**7\. Post\-Funeral Assistance:**
a. Offer support to families after completion of services, assisting with logistical matters—such as returning personal belongings—and advising on additional services, like mausoleum or headstone construction.
b. Provide guidance and support for legal and administrative procedures, such as retrieving documents from civil registries or taking necessary steps with public agencies.
