




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for drafting and analyzing corporate bylaws and constitutive acts, engaging with public agencies, and managing complex corporate actions. Direct engagement with public agencies for regularization and licensing **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. * Introductory courses on business registration, Commercial Registry, and notary offices are a plus; * **Proven experience** in drafting and analyzing corporate bylaws and constitutive acts; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Handling of **complex corporate actions**: transformations, mergers, spin-offs, incorporations, and reorganizations. **Responsibilities and Main Activities** * Drafting and reviewing **strategic documents**, technical opinions, and analysis of requirements. * Direct engagement with **public agencies**, leading special regularization and licensing procedures. * Process standardization and strategic support to management.
