Here, you can chart the course for your future!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure all building systems, physical facilities, and infrastructure at the unit operate safely, efficiently, and continuously—guaranteeing comfort, reliability, and reduced operational costs. * Supervise preventive and corrective building maintenance. * Plan, execute, and supervise maintenance routines for electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, and minor repairs. * Ensure periodic inspections of the unit’s entire physical structure. * Prioritize service requests based on criticality and operational impact. * Monitor construction projects, renovations, and structural adaptations. * Monitor and ensure full functionality of electrical installations, distribution panels, pumps, water tanks, and hydraulic systems. * Supervise lighting, ventilation, exhaust, and HVAC systems. * Control the general condition of environments: painting, flooring, roofing, windows, ceilings, technical areas, and common areas. * Prevent structural risks through inspection and proactive remediation measures. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** Permanent \- CLT **Salary:** Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a driver's license?
