




Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing minor maintenance repairs in painting, masonry, carpentry, metalworking, and equipment relocation, as well as conducting inspections and responding to emergency service calls. Key Highlights: 1. Perform minor repairs in various areas such as painting and carpentry. 2. Conduct daily inspections and respond to emergency service calls. 3. Requires experience in building maintenance and multifunctional knowledge. Respond to and execute requests for minor maintenance repairs involving painting, masonry, carpentry, metalworking, equipment and furniture relocation; Perform daily inspections, take water system readings, and respond to emergency service calls at stores. Requirements: * Knowledge of metalworking, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and plastering; * Minimum 3 years of experience; * Building and/or industrial maintenance, ability to read and interpret diagrams; * NR-35 and NR-33 certifications preferred.
