Job Summary: Professional to perform general building maintenance, including plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, and furniture relocation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inspection and maintenance of medical gas systems **Responsibilities:** Inspect the medical gas central system to ensure conditions necessary for proper operation; Perform maintenance repairs (painting, plumbing, carpentry, civil works) in accordance with internal procedures and safety regulations; Carry out minor plumbing repairs as needed to maintain installations and physical structures; Repair doors, windows, shutters, blinds, and similar items in accordance with internal procedures and safety regulations; Relocate furniture between departments to preserve furniture and equipment integrity. **Requirements:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar activities; Knowledge of building and plumbing maintenance; Basic understanding of floor and wall covering installation; Basic understanding of plastering and wall painting; Proficiency in carpentry — minor repairs (doors, handles, locks, hinges, chairs, and tables).
