




Description: * Completed elementary education. * Assist in product preparation during pre-preparation, preparation of fillings, toppings, creams, separation of products and ingredients, and hygiene of raw materials for recipe production; * Assist in finalizing products, following standardization procedures; * Assist in cleaning and sanitizing utensils and equipment, adhering to good practices procedures, with the aim of maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization; * Assist in the daily identification of products and raw materials to minimize losses and improper usage. * Perform purchases at the store to meet departmental needs, upon authorization by the department leader; * Comply with company standards regarding handling, organization, and sanitation of the department, to meet current legislation and ensure product and service quality for customers; * Assist in properly arranging ready-to-serve dishes, savory items, and roasted meats in display cases and warming cabinets in sales areas, for preservation, quality, and presentation; * Assist in measuring the temperature of chicken and meat after cooking, to proceed with appropriate recordkeeping; * Help verify product expiration dates in cold rooms, sales areas, and storage, implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent losses and sale of unsuitable merchandise; * Follow the schedule provided by the leader to ensure smooth departmental operations; * Weigh, package, chill, and label finished products for display in sales areas; * Prepare and label waste items according to procedure; * Use PPE and comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations while performing duties, aiming to prevent accidents and health issues. 2512070202191012946
