We are looking for someone passionate about pastry to assist in the production of doughs, cakes, sweets, and desserts, ensuring the quality, flavor, and presentation of our products. **Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, on-site lunch with no payroll deduction, and life insurance. **Work Schedule:** Availability to work from Sunday to Thursday – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday – 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. **Responsibilities:** Prepare pastry products; Assist in the production of cakes, pies, desserts, and other pastry items; Organize and maintain a clean and hygienic work area, complying with health surveillance regulations and good handling practices; Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and proper storage; Support the development of new products and recipes, as required by the restaurant and market demands; Requirements: Completed high school education; Proven experience as a pastry assistant; Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; Availability to work from Sunday to Friday.
