Hands-on leadership profile with operational involvement **Inventory Leader** **Company:** Mauro Gadelha **Department:** Logistics / Inventory We are looking for an **Inventory Leader** to actively and strategically manage inventory operations, ensuring organization, accuracy, and efficiency in logistics processes. **Responsibilities** * Supervise receiving, warehousing, order picking, verification, and shipping processes * Ensure accurate WMS data entry and product traceability * Guide, monitor, and develop the team of assistants and verifiers * Control inventory accuracy (cycle counts, adjustments, and discrepancy resolution) * Monitor and report operational indicators (KPIs) **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics processes and inventory control * Experience with WMS and ERP systems (DevSmart is a plus) * Knowledge of FEFO, FIFO, cycle counts, and internal movements * Hands-on leadership profile with operational involvement (“roll-up-the-sleeves” approach) * Strong communication and cross-departmental relationship skills **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Fuel Allowance * Life Insurance * 100% Dental Plan * Pharmacy Partnership * Basic Food Basket * Discount at partner universities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel Allowance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
