Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Toolmaker professional in Ponta Grossa (Fazenda Vila Velha). ForLinks is a platform that connects companies with digital influencers. Its objective is to facilitate partnerships and marketing campaigns efficiently. **Responsibilities:** Plan general maintenance activities across the washing, extrusion, SSP, injection, and utilities areas. Prioritize quality and operate at all technical production levels involving tools, dies, or molds. Control mandatory maintenance tasks outlined in the established maintenance plan according to maintenance procedures. Fabricate and repair cutting, bending, drawing, sharpening, and other tools used to shape steel sheets and other metallic materials. Develop blow-mold and plastic injection molds, aluminum molds, or dies. Analyze failures related to adjustments and corrections within the scope of work. Assemble and adjust components of parts according to manuals and measuring instruments to meet required dimensions and alignments. Operate mechanical lathes, milling machines, grinders, bench drills, drill-milling machines, CNC machines, mechanical planers, and other specialized tools. Manage spare parts inventory for maintenance, prioritizing Class A and B equipment. Execute preventive, emergency corrective, scheduled corrective, and other service requests. Perform cleaning and organization of the maintenance area; clean, organize, and properly store personal-use equipment and tools. Input data into the maintenance management system regarding performed activities.
