The Amazon Logistics team is seeking a Team Leader to join Amazon Brazil’s team at one of our Delivery Stations located in Fortaleza\-CE. This role requires on-site work under pre-agreed shifts. Four core focus areas: Safety, Quality, Customer Experience, and Productivity. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring operational health and quality to guarantee product availability for Amazon customers. Key job responsibilities * Review work plans and define productivity requirements for production, aligning with overall operational objectives. * Partner with other Operations Leaders to balance workload, ensuring balanced and efficient shifts while meeting all operational goals. * Support all health and safety programs to maintain a safe working environment for all associates. * Proactively identify and lead Lean process and tool improvement initiatives. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Availability to work flexible hours/shifts/areas, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. * Operational metrics management. * Root cause analysis and action plan development. * Experience in dynamic environments with high delivery expectations. * Ensuring adherence to standardized operational processes. * Experience in process definition. * People management experience. * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables). * Basic English proficiency. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience in operations/start\-up/dynamic environments handling ambiguity. * Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
