The professional will ensure inventory accuracy, proper material handling, and efficient storage processes, consistently complying with industry quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Responsibilities: * Supervise activities related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials. * Ensure inventory accuracy through cyclic and full inventories. * Monitor material inflows and outflows, ensuring batch traceability. * Manage the warehouse team, promoting development and goal achievement. * Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and cosmetic industry quality requirements. * Monitor performance indicators (inventory turnover, losses, accuracy, etc.). * Utilize the Sankhya system for inventory management, report generation, and movement control. * Support production planning through analysis of raw material availability. Technical Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience supervising raw material inventory (preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food sectors). * Proficiency in the Sankhya system (desirable). * Knowledge of GMP, quality control, and storage regulations. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and results orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Desirable: * Knowledge of expiry date, batch, and FIFO/FEFO controls. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
