Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Quality Assurance in Deliverables: Ensure team deliverables align with organizational quality standards; * Promotion of Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among QA, development, and product teams to align expectations and resolve blockers; * Tool and Process Management: Evaluate and select tools and methodologies to improve QA processes, including automation, continuous integration, and test pipelines; * Process Review and Auditing: Conduct regular reviews of QA processes and audits of team practices to ensure adherence to standards and operational efficiency; * Risk Management: Identify software quality-related risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent production issues; * Tracking QA Trends: Stay updated on new QA trends, tools, and practices to apply them appropriately within the area; * Focus on Value Delivery: Ensure QA work directly contributes to delivering high-quality software that meets business and end-user needs. \#LI\-TR1 \#HYBRID **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Certifications CTFL or CTAL (ISTQB); * Solid experience as a QA professional in automated testing; * Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance; * Practical experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios; * Experience with at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, Playwright) and proficiency in a programming language (Python, JavaScript, C\#); * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and with project and bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps); * Experience with API testing and database querying (SQL); * Ability to operate more autonomously, taking ownership of project components and collaborating effectively with the team.
