Analyze and propose optimization of the entire organizational structure. Document and map current processes using modeling tools. Design new processes or redesign existing ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other teams to implement process changes. Propose performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) for monitoring.
