Professional skilled in MS Project and 2D CAD Education: Mechanical Engineering Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in Construction or Project Management * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency Scope / Requirements: * 5–7 years of experience managing industrial utility projects, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or chemical sectors; * Experience in utility projects (e.g., HVAC, steam, compressed air, chilled water, etc.); * Management of multiple concurrent projects from conceptualization through execution; * Preparation and management of RFQs, supplier interface, and technical follow-up; * Planning and tracking of schedules using MS Project; * Reading and preparation of technical drawings in 2D CAD.
