In pursuit of this vision, we are seeking new talent for **Restaurant Manager (Night Shift — 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM)**. *Key Responsibilities:* Manage restaurant operations; lead and develop the team; monitor performance indicators; control inventory and costs; supervise opening and closing procedures; support administrative and financial routines; and uphold service and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction. *Required Qualifications:* * **Proven experience managing restaurants, bars, or food service operations**; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and performance metrics; * Experience with store-level administrative and financial routines; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
