Support the customer service team Position: Receptionist – Holy Salt Reserva Holy Salt Reserva is looking for a communicative, friendly, and organized individual to join our customer service team. If you enjoy welcoming people, interact easily with the public, and value high-quality service, this position is for you. **Location:** Estrada Barão de Aquiraz, 3171 – Coaçu (behind the Auê music venue) **Schedule:** Wednesday to Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (rotating shifts to be arranged) **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers cordially and attentively * Manage reservations and maintain the waiting list * Assist in organizing the dining area and support the customer service team * Ensure a pleasant experience from guest arrival through departure * Answer phone calls and messages regarding restaurant information and reservations **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and professional appearance * Prior experience in reception or customer service is a plus * Proactivity and willingness to work collaboratively * Availability to work on weekends and holidays **Benefits and Compensation:** Disclosed during the selection process.
