**Opportunity for Production Manager in Bakery** **Supermarket Industry Company** **Jardim Brasília/ZL – São Paulo** We are seeking a Production Manager with technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong people and process management capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the Production Center, ensuring organization, productivity, and product quality. * Oversee the full personnel management cycle within the department: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance monitoring, and offboarding. * Plan daily production to ensure correct volumes, timely delivery, and operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and product standardization. * Monitor production indicators—including waste, efficiency, and quality—and propose and implement continuous improvements. * Guarantee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and compliance with health surveillance regulations. * Monitor production infrastructure and initiate maintenance as needed. * Foster integration with inventory, logistics, and stores to ensure efficient workflow across operational stages. * Serve as the technical production reference for all network stores, supporting standardization and final product preparation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Gastronomy, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. * Experience in industrial food production. * Knowledge of production process management and quality control. * Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience with Production Planning and Control (PPC) and management systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Position Details** * Position classified as a position of trust. * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * Work format: On-site. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, no time clocking required, with flexible schedule aligned with production demands. * Salary: BRL 10,000 (including position-of-trust allowance). * Benefits: Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Fuel Assistance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pharmacy Benefit.
