We seek a professional with genuine factory floor experience, capable of independently performing all production stages with responsibility and mastery of manual and mechanical processes. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform the entire visual communication production operation, including cutting, assembly, sanding, drilling, gluing, painting, polishing, and finishing of facades, box letters, signage, trophies, and metal structures, using industry-specific tools and machinery, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines. Requirements: \- Completed high school education \- Production experience in the visual communication sector or in industrial environments such as metallurgy, aluminum carpentry, window framing, or screen printing. \- Hands-on experience with cutting tools, sanders, drills, polishers, grinders, and finishing processes.\- Proactive, organized, and responsible profile.
