




Main responsibilities: * Handling of meats (cutting, cleaning, and preparation); * Production of skewers according to the establishment’s standards; * Portioning and organization of ingredients; * Support in hamburger production when necessary; * Cleaning and organizing of equipment, utensils, and production area; * Basic inventory control of meats and ingredients used in production.
