Maintenance of hygiene and organization in the department Position: Pastry Assistant. \* Activities you will learn and develop:\* \* Assist in preparing cakes, pies, fine desserts, sweet breads, and other pastry items, following recipes and established standards. \* Portion, fill, assemble, and decorate products under the guidance of responsible pastry chefs. \* Monitor oven time, cooling, and product preservation. \* Package, label, and organize finished products. \* Keep the department clean, organized, and compliant with food hygiene and safety regulations. \* Support the team with other production tasks as needed.
