Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to provide first aid, manage safety documentation, monitor employees on leave, and conduct safety training. Key Highlights: 1. If you identify with our values, have a thirst for learning, and wish to experience meaningful connections, join our team of POLEVALENTS! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide first aid; * Manage safety documentation and integrations; * Submit purchase requisitions (PPEs, uniforms, third-party services, outpatient supplies, and fire extinguisher refills); * Monitor incoming materials to verify compliance with requisitions; * Support CIPA activities (election process, monthly meetings, and action plan follow-up); * Monitor employees on leave; * Support injured employees (e.g., accompany them to hospitals or their residences, if necessary); * Issue CAT (Work Accident Communication) when required; * Conduct safety inspections; * Deliver onboarding training and monthly safety training; * Generate safety reports; * Develop and monitor action plans arising from inspections; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work night shifts. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance – Optional (company covers 50%); * Dental Insurance – Optional (company covers 50%); * Internal store \- products with up to 50% discount; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Route transportation; * Partnerships with pharmacies, optical stores, and educational institutions; * Life insurance; * Massage therapy, physiotherapy, and pilates services; * Psychological support hotline; Pole is a company founded by Ceará natives for Ceará natives, committed to offering products that capture the flavor of our land, the freshness of local production, and the variety and quality our consumers deeply value.
