With this mission in mind, we are seeking new talent for the position of Night Manager (16:00–00:20). Key Responsibilities: * Lead and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with operational teams, aligning goals, KPIs, and priorities; * Manage restaurant operations, reporting results, performance indicators, risks, and challenges to the Operations Manager, proposing solutions and action plans; * Coordinate and validate monthly inventory processes, ensuring stock control, loss prevention, and cost management; * Monitor, develop, and ensure implementation of standardized customer service training programs, evaluating outcomes and implementing continuous improvement plans; * Evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, guidance, and development initiatives; * Develop and monitor action plans based on internal audits, operational checklists, and mystery shopper evaluations; * Plan and recommend front-of-house replenishment, monitoring stock levels, production requirements, and purchasing needs, in alignment with responsible departments; * Supervise opening and closing routines, cash reconciliation, financial reports, and submission of information to the administrative-finance department; * Ensure compliance with standards, processes, policies, and organizational culture; * Actively engage on the floor, interacting with customers, resolving requests, strengthening relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction levels; Mandatory Requirements: * **Proven experience managing restaurants, bars, or food service operations**; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory management, costs, and performance indicators; * Experience with store-level administrative and financial routines; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
